Register for trees at the University City Zipcode TreeAdoption!

Each address within zip code 28213, 28262, and 28269 can get up to a maximum of 2 trees total.
While the form does not limit the total number of trees, households requesting more than 2 trees will be notified and removed.
During registration, you will choose a time frame to pick up your trees. You must pick up your trees/mulch at some point during your time frame. Trees not picked up will be forfeited and placed back into inventory.
Participation is limited to Charlotte city residents within zip codes: 28213, 28262, and 28269
Registration ends at 11:59 pm on November 11 or when all trees are taken.

The trees I plant are being provided by TreesCharlotte to benefit the community. I understand that the trees are provided "as is", and TreesCharlotte is not responsible for the planting, condition, or care of the trees. No guarantees or replacements are provided. My initials below affirm my pledge to make best efforts to plant trees correctly and in the proper locations, and to care for my trees, including protecting, mulching, and watering them. I grant TreesCharlotte and its partners rights to take and use photos and video of myself and my party, including minors, during the event without compensation.
